The Black Sunshine headquarters is HUGE, so we got some nice exotic area, like a memorial garden dedicated to someone important to the organization. I’ve been looking forward to portraying this location for awhile now, glad I’m finally here! And Poor Kevin also harrassed by work even when he’s not even in the same time zone..
Also! The Fun characters at the top are OC cameos owned by the lovely patrons on Patreon! If you ever want your OC to get a cameo, consider supporting the comic there!

I was done with this page almost super early…but then I went off on the effects in this page. No regrets. I love these internal, mind struggle imagery. Indimaru isn’t the only one that felt like they were drowning. Also Giovanni so sinister here! A fun behind the scenes note on details. In these sequences figures stick to a shadow silhouette while acknowledging some key design details of the characters.This is done because in dreams when you see a person you know but you can’t see the details of them it expresses that you don’t know the person as well as you do!…So that says a lot how Kevin see Giovanni like this (and how Indimaru saw the people in his dream)! There is a method to the madness!
How do you feel about this? Do you think this is unfair to Kevin? Are you overworked and stressed and relate to him? I know I am, haha! Yeesh, if you are hang in there. Remember to take walks and breaks.

Actually cutting it close on posting this on time. I’m busy preparing for conventions this summer, Black Card Gala and Popcon Indy to be exact! I’m slowly getting back to a more stable workflow, but still a few things to take care of before I’m fully caught up!
I can’t help but be self cautious on having pages be more simple along with copy and pasting backgrounds…but yo work smarter not harder. Very grateful with my busy schedule that this page was a simple one.
