After months of rest, planning, working, exhaustion from other matters, etc., Black Sunshine has returned from hiatus! I’m still happy I did so because my own life was crazy since November.
Anyway, Chapter 6 has continued with page 50 that is up right now! For the rest of this Chapter we will continue with the weekly one page update! It’s not set in stone, but I feel the upload pattern will change in the future so sit tight!

Hello everyone! To get straight to the point I will be extending the hiatus for new Black Sunshine pages to June 2022. Currently with my part time job, preparing for an -online- con in February and a personal trip in April I sadly can’t add weekly updates back to my weekly todo list again just yet.
Currently all of Chapter 6 has been drafted out and pages need to be cleaned up. Hopefully that progress can start back up in February and a proper buffer can be made. In the meantime, Black Sunshine will be republishing pages over on Webtoon with the return of Chapter 5 on January 21st!

October 21st is the Anniversary of Black Sunshine! This month I made 21 pieces featuring characters from the comic, some you’ve already seen and some that still need to be seen! Here’s to another year!
Black Sunshine will be going on a hiatus starting October 21th to January 21st! Meaning pages will not be published during that time.
Webtoon will continue to republish page with updates on 10/22, 25, 29 and then onward with Friday updates at Noon CST.
Currently there are a lot of tasks on my plate I need to attend to, but can’t give my full attention to due to the weekly deadline I have for myself. On top of that I have personal matters I would like to work on along with proper healing with the recent loss of my dog Rochelle, which I realize hit me harder than I thought.
Along with the recent loss, I’ve been making changes in my life for the better and need to take the steps to work on those as well. Those steps and the work I have takes time and sadly I required more time at this moment. While the hiatus goes on I’ll continue to work, but at my own pace to build a buffer and catch up on side work.
Black Sunshine is now on Webtoon! Easy for mobile reading! The website will still be the first to be updated, but mobile convenience is always a plush!
Dorjee has a meeting with his team, officially leaving Kevin in charge of his and Giovanni’s position. Kevin looks to be losing that energy and stance we saw in the earlier chapters…
Leon comes in to retrieve his group to speak with Dorjee, dropping the title of the pmc who are known as Penumbra Alabaster.
