Chapter 8 has begun on Monday and will be updating again on Friday! For this chapter I’m aiming for 2 updates a week to see how it goes, I’m hoping it works out! Look forward to it!

●Oh I was suppose to get my store back up, SORRY! SO SORRY! I legit have been too busy/tired/lazy to get it back up, it’s easier said than done since I have to do a lot of things from scratch. My Bad. I won’t give an exact date of when the shop will be up, but I’ll make a post notice here once it’s up and ready!

Hey folks, I’m currently still out of state so sadly I have no update for this week, however I can show you guys some new merch we’ll be up in the Ko-fi shop sometime in September! We’ll have more stickers added the the shop along with Palette Keychains! The Keychains are very limited, so when they go up act fast!!

I’ll have an update by 9/8 so look forward to that! If I do an update inbetween, you’ll know!

Hey everyone!

With Chapter 6 wrapping up soon and a small hiatus following afterwards, I decided to have a fan work feature event!

We’re allowing both art and writing featured on the site during March 1st to May 31st!

We do have a set of Requirements:
●Art from a simple sketch or a fully rendered image is allowed, your choice!
●Writing’s subject matter can be simple to complex, your choice!
●Keep it G to PG-13 rated, please!
●Obvious, but have it feature any Black Sunshine character of your choice!
●While size of the image is not an issue, please be mindful of not sending in a
large file.

Chapter 6 currently will continue it’s Friday Noon Central posting and we are looking at the final page to be posted the last day of February 2023!

Once that time arrives I will hopefully have fun things lined up for then, because we will go into a small Hiatus from March to June! Good time to help prepare for the next Chapters! Cause we starting on a new story-line. GET. READY.

Another year, another Anniversary! Black Sunshine is still kickin’ it even after a mini hiatus too! We’re looking at Chapter 6 wrapping up soon (The end of February!), there for wrapping up THE FIRST BOOK!!
I have some plans for I want to aim for, but we gotta play those by ear. Fingers crossed it all works out!

For now, thank you so much for reading my comic and supporting it either through quick views, reading, patreon and more! I really appreciate it! Here’s to another year! And please…enjoy this wonderful new picture: DRAMA

Hiatus over! WE’RE BACK!

After months of rest, planning, working, exhaustion from other matters, etc., Black Sunshine has returned from hiatus! I’m still happy I did so because my own life was crazy since November.

Anyway, Chapter 6 has continued with page 50 that is up right now! For the rest of this Chapter we will continue with the weekly one page update! It’s not set in stone, but I feel the upload pattern will change in the future so sit tight!

As always thank you for reading the updates, extra thank you to people who leave comments as they read! I absolutely love getting comment notifications!

Hiatus Extended!

Hello everyone! To get straight to the point I will be extending the hiatus for new Black Sunshine pages to June 2022. Currently with my part time job, preparing for an -online- con in February and a personal trip in April I sadly can’t add weekly updates back to my weekly todo list again just yet. 

Currently all of Chapter 6 has been drafted out and pages need to be cleaned up. Hopefully that progress can start back up in February and a proper buffer can be made. In the meantime, Black Sunshine will be republishing pages over on Webtoon with the return of Chapter 5 on January 21st!

As always if you want to see the progress of pages and general work you can support Black Sunshine on Patreon for $1, $5, or $10 a month. Overall I thank everyone for being understanding and supportive during this time and my choices. It helped me a lot as I work to make changes in my life for the better.
